Here are a few of my fitness/health related goals for this year:
- Join a volleyball league (already started on this one: first game is 1/4!)
- Run a half marathon
- Run a full marathon
- Drink at least 64 oz of water a day (and no coffee until I have had at least 16 oz of H2O)
- Get back in the habit of making a healthy lunch at home instead of going out
- Eat MORE veggies at every meal (I struggle with this in the winter...)
- Reach my goal weight (11.4 lbs to go as of yesteday)
- Maintain my goal weight when I get there (that's a whole other journey)
- Get professionally fitted for running shoes
- Support B. on his own journey to health
It's going to be a great year full of challenges, I can feel it!
Eek! You're so close to your goal weight! And a marathon?? You are my hero. I quit running a few months ago and tried to start back up today... let me just tell you: it was ugly! :)
