Just have to take it slow, I guess.Angelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16526224485093788753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5299114933281730625.post-76506676490783752122010-07-26T11:27:13.755-05:002010-07-26T11:27:13.755-05:00Well remember that StL is way hotter than Chicago,...Well remember that StL is way hotter than Chicago, so let's hope that the marathon will have that nice lake breeze happening :)Bekahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16484039102030350986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5299114933281730625.post-26906388764291131612010-07-26T11:18:21.924-05:002010-07-26T11:18:21.924-05:00You can do it Angie. Ask the cross country runners. Many of them throw up. Your body just needs to get past that point and get used to it. You can do it. I'm sorry it was so hot though. The heat doesn't help anything. When will you reach the full marathon length? Is it possible to stretch out your training just a bit and do another week of 14 miles? Good luck.Jannettenoreply@blogger.com
